Pregnancy and having a Baby: When you find out that you are pregnant , you will start to see changes in your body for the next 9 months. So you really should think about taking better care of your body as the pregnancy progresses.

So as you are getting the necessary vitamins and minerals so is the baby.

Keeping fit when you are having a baby: Your pregnancy will seem like the longest 9 months you ever experienced. The baby will add some extra demands on your body that you normally would not have. Exercising and staying in shape will help you get through the sometimes exhausting days of being pregnant. You should ask your doctor about some relaxation techniques and some light exercises that you can do.
In the long run it will actually help a lot during childbirth

Looking great while being pregnant: Most pregnant women take the advantage of pampering themselves and doting on themselves while being pregnant. Talk to your partner and see if they understand or maybe you can explain how you are feeling and how tired you are and what changes you are going through. This will help them understand if you are moody at times and how emotionally exhausting it is to be pregnant . They may drive you to the spa themselves.

Some days you will feel overwhelmed , other days you will feel sad and other days you will just feel like crying. Being pregnant is an emotional roller coaster. Preparation for labor and having your baby: As you enter into your last trimester you want to have the baby's nursery all ready to go. If you work you should be preparing for your maternity leave. You should take this time to process ho much the baby will change your life. You have to prepare yourself for that as well. You may have to organize everything you need to and maybe change some things around.

The End of Pregnancy : as the time draws near you reflect on how tiring yet wonderful being pregnant has been. The time has come that you are in labor and going to the hospital. Soon you will be holding the little baby that you endured so much both physically and mentally. Through the hours of labor and delivery you will see that it was worth it all.

Life after Pregnancy: Once the pregnancy is over and you are at home with your bundle of joy. You and your partner will see come many changes in both of your lives. Everything from good to bad, you will see that times goes by so fast so take the time everyday to enjoy them as babies before you know it they are not babies anymore.
